Domino's Pizza - Greenwood

Update on 9/20/23: I must say, I’m impressed with the new management at this store. I had a problem that was addressed with kindness and compassion. I felt heard and treated like a friend. They apologized and made things right. I love Domino's, and I sincerely hope we can maintain a great relationship for many years to come. Thank you so much!

*Update* The Bread sticks and Salad I got was point! It 's May.17.23. They have come up, and I am genuinely looking forward to satisfying my next pizza ?? endeavor here. ?The last time we got pizza here was September of '22. ?

Dominoes is pretty standard across the board. Their food is great now. Way better than when I was a kid.They do have dining space inside but seating is limited. The place is setup for you to watch them make the food. Really excellent for kids to see how pizza is made.The staff are very friendly and we're happy to entertain young kids with many questions about pizza.Only complaint I have is a lack of water cups. I don't want to buy a bottle of Dasani. I just want a cup of local tap water. Buy a dozen cups or so.

This would be 5 star except the one guy working there who took my order put down that I wanted no cheese when I said, yes, just cheese . He was very difficult to understand and had a hard time understanding me. So the pizza arrived as just sauce only, literally bread and sauce, baked so the sauce was a little dry even, funny and weird. But the lady who helped me square it up after that was very good and easy to work with and they ended up making it right in the end. So, it 's a good place, but if you get a guy on the phone that 's hard to understand, I would recommend asking to speak with someone else because they otherwise do a great job.

The staff is professional and knowledgeable, providing excellent service and delicious food!
