Planet Pizza - Greenwich

I placed a pre scheduled order which arrived over an hour earlier than the time I had selected. Between the delivery fee tip I paid almost $8 extra to have food brought, hot when I wanted to eat it (i could easily pick up food earlier if I wanted toreheat).The driver told me my next order would be 15% off. When I called to bring it up when ordering again, I was offered $5off, not even covering the additional expense. I was very surprised they've been around forever I was not even that upset justexpecting the difference.

This is a fantastic restaurant with great food and a friendly staff. Sam was particularly helpful in suggesting some delicious dishes.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The pizza tasted bad, and the customer service was lacking. I paid $12 for two slices and a Gatorade, but when I asked for change in quarters for parking, I was denied. I had to walk a block to get quarters from another business just to feed the meter. When I finally sat down, I was served pizza that was half raw. There was also no air conditioning or fans on. Overall, I found the lack of courtesy and the quality of the food unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back.

The chicken marsala pizza is fantastic. It's a wonderful spot to grab a slice!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today while traveling from out of state, and I was impressed! The chicken Marsala, penne vodka, and plain cheese slices were bursting with flavor and truly delicious. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. It's clear they don't cut corners when it comes to their quality ingredients. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area!
