There are many vegan options available on the lunch menu. They offer three vegan choices for lunch. However, the dinner options are more limited, with only a salad with falafel, a couple of starters, and vegetable sides cooked with olive oil instead of butter. We went for our second visit on a Saturday for a late lunch. We didn't realize the menu would be different, but it was fine. Saturday and Sunday afternoon was the brunch menu. Disappointed that we couldn't get the delicious fried green tomatoes, but next time. Someone at the table got the chicken and waffles. Although I didn't taste it, it looked yummy. I got the burger with a fried egg (also a bunch item. Cooked per... View all feedback.

The zucchini serving consisted of only four thin slices, which seemed more like a garnish than a $5 side dish.
We had a reservation for fathers day and the staff was friendly and the food and drinks were great! great work and good food! the **** marys were amazing! (with tequila instead of wodka! many thanks to wood bistro, we will definitely be back.
I recently started working part-time in restaurants and bars, and after making my first delivery to this bistro, I immediately added it to my list of places to visit. A group of six of us went on a Saturday night and despite the busy atmosphere, we were able to secure a good table. The drink selection was interesting, with a house-made tonic in a green bottle catching our attention. We started off by sharing three appetizers; fried green tomatoes, browned watermelon sushi, and six different entrees. My shrimp dish was unique but delicious, and the steak was cooked perfectly rare. The cod, halibut, and salmon received rave reviews from the group as well. Personally, I'm not a fan of tattoos and piercings while dining, but that's just my preference. Our server was friendly and attentive, making it easy to overlook the artwork and appreciate the excellent service they provided. We will definitely be returning and requesting the same server.
My experience at Woodside Bistro was a mixed one, as it took two visits to finally have a meal there. Initially, we showed up for dinner on a Friday only to find the place closed without any notice. However, after confirming they were open for lunch, we gave it another try. The French dip sandwich I ordered was delicious, with perfectly cooked braised short rib, caramelized onions, havarti cheese, A1 aioli, all served on a grilled hoagie. The meat was juicy and flavorful, although the au jus was a bit salty for my taste. My colleagues both ordered the club salad, which they found to be lacking in protein compared to a previous visit. The restaurant is located at the back of the mill, with parking available on both sides. Despite the initial inconvenience, I would still consider returning to Woodside Bistro for another meal.
A compilation of the two trips it took to have lunch in woodside bistro. a few weeks back we tried for a Friday dinner and moved up to find the place locked - no sign, just closed. I called to make sure they were open this time, and the person said they were never closed on Friday unless we run out of the food. it is therefore a thing that causes inconvenience, and another that denies it. Today the visit would have been four stars. I had the French dip (braised short rib, caramelized wobble, havarti cheese, a1 aioli, grilled hoagie- $16), because I heard from several people how good it is. meat was perfectly cooked, juicy and quite tasteful. make sure that if they are not like a lot of sodium, the au jus is quite salty. both colleagues had the club salad (ham, türkei, boiled ei, bacon, cucumber, tomato, cheddar cheese- $18), one with icebergsalat due to a spinach sensitivity. he said that the amount of protein was the half of what it had been on a previous visit. the restaurant is located on the back of the mill, with parking on both sides, but not directly next to the restaurant. we will come back to give it back.
