Wing-n-crab Shack - Greenville

Today was not a great visit to the restaurant. We ordered sweet tea, but were brought unsweetened tea instead. This was a minor issue, but unfortunately things did not improve from there. The wings I ordered were very small, with only one out of ten being a decent size. The others were extremely tiny, which I found to be unacceptable. Additionally, I ordered ginger flavor but it was extremely spicy, making my mouth feel like it was on fire (I am sensitive to spicy food). However, I must say the manager handled my concerns well, which was a positive. The house chips were also good and the atmosphere was great, as always. I had a conversation with another customer who mentioned that her order was also incorrect, and that this had happened multiple times before. It seems like improvements need to be made quickly in order to retain customers. Despite the challenges restaurants are facing, they need to work on getting things in order soon.

I absolutely adore the delicious food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere at this restaurant! Highly recommend!

Amazing! That's all I can really say. I stopped by this restaurant on the way to Atlanta while my car was being loaded in the Sam's Club parking lot. The food was phenomenal and the service was excellent. I was so impressed that I made sure to stop by again on my way back. They really know how to season their seafood!

The Large Chicken Nuggets for $9.99 were not big and very chewy. Came with celery. Two Legendary Salads for $4.79 each....got a small box of lettuce and dressing. NO TEXAS CHEESE TOAST..it was left out. Curbside pickup was unclear and when we called no one answered. Very disappointed tonight.
