It was a cold day, so the hot food was great. The dining room was cold though because of the door opening so much.

Great coffee, but half the time it's cold. They are good about replacing it with fresh coffee though.

Ordered single with cheese, pickle, onion mustard. Sandwich came with those PLUS mayo ketchup. Also asked for ketchup for fries at the order speaker got my order no ketchup....

We ordered food using DoorDash and finally got a driver. Then they disappeared. Then they wouldn’t give us our food. I called and asked for a refund and the guy was rude and hung up on me.

This was my first time patronizing this establishment and it will also be my last time. For my client, I ordered a Biggie Bag meal with a Double Stack sandwich, 4 piece spicy nuggets, small french fries, a small Coke in addition to a second Double Stack sandwich. I ordered a Biggie Bag meal with a very well done Jr. cheeseburger with added extra onion, 4 piece spicy nuggets, I asked to substitute a baked potato for the french fries, and a small Coke. The food I received cold, old, and disgusting. My client's meat on his sandwiches was burnt to a crisp, the spicy nuggets were soggy, and the French fries were salted worse than McDonald's salt their french fries. My sandwich was barely cooked, had a piece of lettuce a rabbit wouldn't eat, a dinky tomato sliver, and absolutely NO onion. My spicy nuggets were the same as my client's and my baked potato had to be cooked thoroughly in the microwave once I returned to my client's apartment. 0/10
