What User doesn't like about The Merchant House:
Once we were finally seated, our waiter, who was clearly overwhelmed with another table, completely ignored us for the first 10 minutes. He passed by our table several times without even acknowledging our presence or letting us know it would be a few minutes before he could attend to us.

Wasnt my cup of tea. I ordered a mashed potato chicken bowl and the potatoes were sweet and all over everything.
After reading reviews, we decided to come to The Merchant House. Originally from Alabama , but a death in the family brought us to the area . Our server is wonderful, friendly atmosphere and caring staff. Couldn’t help but she’d a few tears over my late grandmother … The staff brought me a sympathy card and everyone had signed it. Such an amazing establishment.
I love to go this place one of my favorite places in greenville ohio. they were always very friendly and always interact with me and my man.

The customer service and the atmosphere were excellent. recommend the deep plate pizza.
