The Cheesecake Factory - Greenville

Upon arrival, the hostess at the restaurant was very pleasant and informed us that there was a 30-minute wait. Surprisingly, we were seated in less than 20 minutes! The service was quick, with our drinks and food arriving promptly. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The presentation of the dishes was fantastic, especially the peach smoothie my daughter ordered and the Four Cheese Pasta with Chicken. We also enjoyed dining on the large outdoor terrace. I would highly recommend a visit to Haywood Mall!

My sister and I came to celebrate that I was on a break from teaching. We ordered an appetizer and lunch. We also ordered two pieces of cheese cake to enjoy later. It was a wonderful experience.

The atmosphere was great, with lovely furnishings. The servers and staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The wait was a little long because it was so busy, but well worth it. A great experience!

The Cheesecake Factory is a very intimate setting with soft lighting and low music. It is a perfect place to go on a date. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is very clean, the food is delicious and can not forget the amazing Cheesecake! I highly recommend going here. Enjoy an appetizer, food, dessert and a nice adult drink if you like. Also with it being in the Mall you can shop, go out eat a nice meal and even shop some more or maybe go out for a movie.

We went to the Haywood Mall location on 2/18/2023. I had made a reservation WEEKS in advance for a table 5 p.m. , so be mindful that if your planning on wanting to enjoy a dinner here on the weekends. It books up fast!!!! Wait time, without a reservation on this particular Saturday, was up to 2 2 ½ hours. We did have to wait 15 minutes for our reserved table. We were seated had placed our drink/appetizers/entrées orders by 5:23 p.m. PLACE WAS PACKED! To go orders were lining up along with the in house orders. We waited 20 minutes for our appetizers. Then another 15 for our entrées to be brought to the table. Food was AMAZING as expected. Large portions. Could definitely be split with someone else, for me, that is. Others enjoy the large portions. I have zero complaints about our visit. It was one of the best Saturday evenings out I've had in a while! Once the meals were out the way, it was time for the most important part of the evening..... CHEESECAKE They have SOOOOOO many options. Everything looked so delicious, it was honestly hard for me to decide because I do not discriminate when it comes to cheesecake flavors. The Oreo Extreme, Key Lime Pie, Red Velvet, Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake, Fresh Strawberry, Mango Key Lime Pie, Dulce De Leche Caramel Cheesecake MANY more. It took me the 24 minutes of standing in line to order, just to decide on what I was bringing home. I waited 13 minutes after ordering, to receive my ever so perfect Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake. Ever bit of deliciousness I saw with my eyes, my taste buds got to enjoy as well. Everything was worth the time money spent! I will be returning for my birthday this year, even tho this location isn't involved with the birthday rewards program. 10 out of 10
