I look forward to dining here again. Our waitress, Tabatha, was fantastic! I'm also quite particular about my Rockefeller oysters, and they did not disappoint. Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Dinner, Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5. Recommended dishes: Fried Zucchini. It’s evident that they opera... read more We had a fantastic lunch experience at The 07! After several visits, this one was by far the best. I can't wait to try dinner here. It’s evident that they operate a true “from scratch” kitchen! The soup of the day, chicken poblano, was bursting with incredible flavors. We also enjoyed the tuna tacos, which had a wonderful taste, perfect portion, and were topped with fresh ingredients. The Mushroom Po Boy, accompanied by delicious house-made potato salad, was very satisfying. Despite being busy, we were seated and served promptly. The atmosphere is delightful, featuring comfortable seating and lovely views, with both indoor and outdoor options available. Service was excellent, and the meal price ranged from $30 to $50 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars, and they offer a substantial vegetarian selection.

I don't understand why chefs feel the need to overload plates with massive portions. It was almost excessive—the duck was completely buried under a mountain of food, and the lamb portion was so huge that I can't imagine anyone finishing it. To me, it felt like a gimmick to justify the $37 price tag for each dish. Speaking of which, the lamb was bland and poorly seasoned. All three of us who ordered it were dissatisfied. It seems too easy to open a restaurant in this town; the formula is straightforward. The place was bustling and trendy, and everyone appeared happy, but they really need to deliver on flavor. The beet salad and the flatbread also lacked taste. Just to be clear, I really enjoy the '05, where they do a much better job with flavor and presentation.
