Lately, Subway in Greenville West has been good service. They have some good staff that are fast and courteous. I will say Subway used to be more economical. Now, like everywhere, they are pricey. I can go to a sit down full service restaurant for about the same price. View all feedback.
What Eric Arellano doesn't like about Subway:
The employee where horrible. One had her boyfriend in there and all they could do where hug and kiss the while time. Then they barely put anything on the sub. Hardly had any toppings to go on the sun also. Stay away from this place as it's gross and not worth the money. I learned my lesson the hard way and won't go back. View all feedback.
Never have I ever been told there is an uncharge for my choice of cheese or veggies! Bread ended up being super chewy and didn't taste fresh. I probably will not be back to this subway.
Clean. Fast. Fresh food, including the vegetables. Friendly.
I just tried to call this store, i was double charged for my sandwich and the clerk added bacon to my order on top of being double charged, i didn't even ask for bacon nor was there bacon on my order. They didn't answer the phone and their voice mail isn't set up to take the call?? Not happy at all and I won't be going back to this location. They weren't busy, no reason for this?!
Out of meijers and Walmarts subways this one is the best The employees are nice when coming and and leaving dinning area is always clean and the food is fresh and the avocado is also fresh too! My place to go :
Horrible customer service! You now have to pay extra for veggies? What! Ridiculous! And they think it’s funny that that upsets their customers. They are NOT friendly at all. If I would have had more time on my lunch, I would have left the sandwich and went somewhere else! Oh, by the way, if you wear perfume or cologne, you can’t eat there. Or you can’t use coupons for only the cheap meat as well, no steak or chicken. I believe this place makes up the rules as they go along. WONT GO BACK! In fact, I will do everything I can do so people don’t have the experience I’ve had!
