I just left this restaurant an hour ago. I was hesitant to try the drive-thru, but let me tell you, I will not be going to another Subway in Greenville, SC again. I recently received a coupon in the mail and was excited to use it at a local restaurant. Upon arriving, I found myself as the only customer in line. We have visited Subways around us and this one is by far the best. We live in Greer and go to this Subway (20 mins away vs. 5 mins) because it has the freshest bread and ingredients. The staff is always friendly. This location participates in most, if not all of the promotions unlike the Greer/Duncan locations.
This subway here was great! The girl that made the subs I got was very polite nice andade a great sandwich. She offered up the sides and all. All around this was the best subway we have visited since we moved to Greenville!
Very friendly right as you walk through the doors. Always have fresh products stocked and a well kept clean restaurant. The only thing I said to be aware of before is that being located right there on Augusta Road amongst everything that there Parking Lot is a small one. So if you drive a bigger vehicle just use the adjacent parking lots!!!!
I get the meatball sub usually and sometimes its great and other times the meatballs are burned. I've also shown up over 30 minutes before close and had the workers run to the back and turn off the lights so as not to serve anyone else.
It 's 8/22/22. @7:34pm. I just had the single worst experience in this Subway. It was my usual go to but not any more. No one greeted me or even asked what I wanted. The guy just stood there until I asked. Didn 't offer any chips or drink or even dressing for the salad I ordered. Please hire new people so I can come back. This is clearly not the norm...
