I had some of the best sushi I've ever eaten in Greenville at this restaurant. The waitress was very attentive, which was a nice touch. However, one thing that could be improved is the temperature in the dining room - it was quite cold, possibly due to the concrete floors and brick walls. It detracted from the overall experience. Despite this, I still recommend giving it a try. View all feedback.

This restaurant was definitely one of the worst places I've been to. The host appeared irritated by our group of 6 people. We were seated in the bar area and it took 30 minutes to place our drink order, followed by another 20 minutes to order our food. Really good sushi and service! my wife and I had the tuna nori tempura starter and two rolls that were all very good. the coctails are very inventive, tasty and quite cheap to boot. this is our choice for sushi in the inner city of greenville!
Very disappointed with the customer service experience and lack of professionalism from the manager Steve. The food was good as always but the bartender was not attentive to our table of 5 and then at the end she pre gratted herself 20% when that’s not something you do unless 6 or more. Someone in our party went up to the host stand 3 different times to ask and speak to the manager but he refused to talk to us because he had a “phone call” to take. We stood there after our meal and waited until he came up to the front. All Steve did was make excuses and not take ownership as a manager to the poor service and then he raised his voice and walked off to the back. No matter how much i enjoy the food i will never go back.
It's okWent by myself and after waiting for 10 minutes I had to go to the bar to place my order. Sushi was warm, rice was loose, flavor was ok.
DO NOT EAT HERE! Go to woodruff rd location!!!Just had the absolute worst experience at this downtown location. Me and my family have been customers for years and we always order the same thing, so of course I’m familiar with the dishes.Tonight we ordered our family favorite the kalbi and was very disappointed. They completely burned our order and when we requested a new order this is what we got... the same order but cut up in smaller pieces and added bones. The bones didnt even align with the beef cuts as if we are idiots.The manager Steve accused me of eating half the dish when the first bite was totally unbearable. Lied to my face saying he have on video of him cooking a fresh order but refused to show the proof. Then told me he wouldn’t take it off the bill and basically said screw me. I’ve spent so many money in this restaurant it’s sad I couldn’t even receive respectable customer service.
Great waitress, not sure how she was getting to every body! Food was okay, Sushi very good, Noodle soup okay. It odd how one person can make a difference between good great.... ask for Juliet!
