Mike's Cheesesteaks Roast Pork

Gotta say, I was very impressed. I grew up in the Greater Philly area and was craving a good cheesesteak, which isn’t easy to find outside the Philly area, trust me. My l sister moved to Greenville and told me about this place since it gets its bread from our hometown in South Jersey. The sandwich was great, tasted very authentic, and the boardwalk fries were a throwback to my childhood. Talked to the guys in the window and learned they are actually from the Greater Philly area or Philly itself as well. Absolute recommend.

By far the BEST cheese steak I have ever had!!! Unreal how they get the cheese all mixed in with the meat. The bread is what makes the sandwich pop.Food: 5/5

Loved this place! The guys working were all super nice and the place is run very well. Quick, efficient, tasty, and fresh! The meat is super flavorful and portions are great. I also love the two options they offer for dogs, the meat and the pup pop. My dogs ennoyed both. Such a great idea to offer something for the pups. Will drfinitely be back!Parking: There is a lot right next door that is only $1/hour so if there is a spot there it is worth it.

Absolutely the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Even people from Philly that I’ve taken there has said they’ve never had better. I highly recommend Mike’s to everyone. You will not be dissatisfied unless you hate food.

We arrived in Greenville just in time for a late lunch so we stopped at Gather GVL, love the concept of using old storage containers. Perfect way to recycle and reuse. It’s set up in a large square courtyard with plenty of seating both covered and uncovered. We ate at Mike’s and. had a roasted Pork sandwich with Broccoli Rabe and hand crumbled cheese, it was perfection. Everyone we encountered was courteous, professional and helpful, highly recommend stopping at GVL, next time we will try dinner!
