Mcdonald's - Greenville

Stood in line for more than 15 minutes before a manager came out and took our order. Had to wait another 15 or more minutes before the food came out and brought to our table. Other managers behind the counter engaging in playful bantor while we stood in line waiting for someone to take our order. Not professional at all.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience because it was outrageous. I waited nearly 20 minutes for just two sausage muffins and a hash brown, while three cars behind me received their orders before I did. I would have gone inside to complain, but I was having car troubles and couldn’t leave my vehicle. There didn’t seem to be a huge crowd either; I was just stuck waiting for the car ahead of me to get their food. So, I definitely don’t recommend this place if you’re in a hurry.

They promote their new quarter cuts as served hot and deliciously juicy, but that's not the case. For the first couple of months, they were indeed flavorful, but then the staff became less attentive and resorted to pre-cooking the meat and keeping it warm in a drawer. As a result, the cuts turned out dry and bland. It’s such a waste of their advertising budget.

I wouldn't even give this place a single star. I ordered a number 9 with a Coke, a large sweet tea, and a medium fry. It was clearly indicated at the entrance that I ordered the fries. The staff member was rude and kept insisting that she was just reading what was on the screen. When I tried to explain that I didn't order Coke, she dismissed me completely. I kept my receipt as proof, but she cursed at me and slammed the window shut. To top it all off, I didn't even get my ketchup and mayo.

The upgrades, in particular the electronic menus, have improved efficiency. The Chicken Biscuit and Iced Mocha were great. Thank you.
