I always find that my to-go orders are missing utensils. I apologize for giving just one star, but this issue keeps happening.
I ordered the 3-piece big box, but when I got home, I discovered that I was missing one piece of chicken. So I recommend double-checking your order before leaving.
My family doesn't visit this restaurant frequently, but whenever we do, the customer service surpasses that of anywhere else we go. The drive-thru staff are consistently patient and incredibly friendly. I genuinely appreciate this, as it's something uncommon these days.
I waited in line for 20 minutes on my order. After I got up to the window to get my food they handed me everything except for my 24 piece nuggets that I got. So I had to wait another 15 minutes on my nuggets. I asked for sauce for my nuggets and butter jelly and honey for my biscuits did not receive any of that. After getting home, I did not have any macaroni and cheese which I was supposed to have gotten two large orders of mac and cheese since I got the 16 piece meal. So when I went back up there I had to wait another 20 minutes for my mac and cheese by this time when I got back home my chicken and everything was cold. When I was waiting on my nuggets the first time there is still people standing in there waiting on their food that was there when I got my nuggets. So by that time they had already waited 25 more minutes. The place was a mess didn't look like anybody was cleaning the dining room or anything. The one man just walking around with his hands in his pocket acting like he had no care in the world when obviously they were busy enough that he should have been doing something. This is not my first time that I have had issues with that store so I will not go back no more.
I love the food there and the servers are so kind! Last time I went they accidentally forgot to give me part of my order(which happens to the best of us in food service, cuz last time I checked we are all human and is never an excuse to treat those who work in food service like trash, all you got to do is be kind and you will usually get a kind response back. and I went back to get it. They were still kind to me and took responsibility for the mishap, and gave me the rest of my order and made it right by also giving me a coupon for a free combo meal for next time when I go. 5 stars for you guys definitely!
