Bachetti is always great. Customer service is excellent. The people in Deli go out their way to make the experience great.

We found Bachetti Bro's on our venues preferred catering list and were really won when we held the Queen's bridal show. The pattern of crab bath was so good and after talking to Aurora we knew that Bachettis was the one who met our wedding. Some of our family members have nutritional restrictions and Aurora took the time to explain to them how flexible Bachetti is and how we could adjust the menu, but we wanted. Coming with a menu was very easy and Aurora made suggestions for things we didn't think of. Our tasting was wonderful and we were very confident in Bachetti's abilities and excitement to our day. Unfortunately not long after our tasting we had to postpone our great reception because of Kovid and I email Aurora with a crazy plan, still getting married on our original date, but in our parents back yard (that was to go with 1 month.. not much time in planning world at all) When I say, Aurora came through great time would be an understatement. She quickly got a quote that included everything - from a revised menu (we changed to more backyard friendly food) to the tent, dance floor, lighting, tables and chairs, bedding, cutlery, staff to serve the buffet and bar -Bachetti's treats it all for us. The quotation was very reasonable and we drove the planning forward. Aurora was always available to answer all our questions and I knew the day was great. The day of Bachettis was all and more. The food was AMAZING. The event staff was professional and accommodating and occupied everything (also in rain and mud). We cannot thank Bachetti enough and look forward to having her back at our postponed reception next year.

We used Bachettis to cultivate our wedding and they were fantastic from the moment I came out to ask through the wedding itself. They were very helpful throughout the entire planning process and were thoughtful and superior as we switched something through the pandemic. At the wedding the staff were very friendly, thoughtful and professional. And the food was absolutely delicious. I am vegetarian and we had gluten-free guests and Bachetti working with us to find menu options for our needs. I would highly recommend it for a wedding or other event. Personally we use them again for future events!

Always clean and well stocked, this small store in the Midway Shopping Center is my go-to store, especially during these pandemic times.
