I’ve always been uncomfortable with drive-thru locations where you can’t exit the line if it’s taking too long or if you need to leave. They’ve recently introduced a pricing structure where there's a 4% fee for using a credit card instead of cash, which you only discover at the window. This, combined with the overall price increases, is just absurd. When I asked the employee at the drive-thru to pass my feedback about the 4% fee to management, he kept insisting that he couldn’t relay my message. It struck me as strange—unless he was the manager and didn’t want to hear my concerns. Unfortunately, after visiting this place twice a week for a long time to pick up lunches for my mom in the nearby nursing home, I won’t be returning.
