What User doesn't like about Genevieve's:
Menu is limited and dishes are trying far too hard to be fanciful without the effort of actually being well designed. Ordered lambchops that arrived warm/cold and had the odd garnish of pomegranate seeds. Charcuterie was far below average. We visited Genevieve's before we visited the Frozen Show for a drink and dessert. The menu was not attractive to our preferences for dinner, so we went elsewhere, but the dessert was amazing! It is not often in SC that I found something with Rhubarb on a menu, this strawberry Rhubarb crumb was all I remembered from childhood!
A lovely and elegant experience before a show at the Peace Center. The service, food, and drinks are all great! Make a reservation a few weeks early, especially on weekends or nights of popular performances.
This was a first time experience, that I will repeat for the next time I go to a show at the Peace Center. Atmosphere is comfortable, easy for large groups. Beautiful view. Food options are limited but everything was delicious.
Great tapas menu. Had the Maine Lobster Roll, wife had Watermelon Salad daughter had Gnocchi (vegetarian). All food was EXCELLENT. Service was quick, cocktails were great. Views were fantastic. Intermission from the show kept us away from the crowds. Highly Recommend. Only reason it is not 5 star is price point of cocktails. 3/2018 Visited again for a concert, again food and waitstaff are just awesome!
Great spot inside the Peace Center to have a bite of dinner before the performances. Bonus is you still have your table reserved during intermission and can have a drink or dessert waiting on you if desired. Small menu but everyone can find something they like.
