Dunkin' - Greenville

This Dunkin' Donuts is amazing. How can you not love it? It's the best chain coffee spot around.

My rating with 5 stars based on jalexius only 1 employees of 3 working on this morning! if she weren't there, it would have been 2 stars. Even when I heard that mgr said someone did not show up and someone smiled on jalexius, asked if she could help and repair my order, my coffee was perfectly made cream and all. Thank you for thanking me going to this place a at least 4 times a week drive and decided to go in and out if jalexius was 't there I would have left! all the others looked so unhappy. I hope the staff will be better!

I am not sure what is going on at Dunkin Donuts on 10th Street in Greenville, NC. The wait is always long and the customer service is below average. Today, I was greeted by a woman wearing a bonnet at the drive-thru window who claimed to be the manager. I was surprised to see her wearing a bonnet while working. I simply wanted to add hash browns to my order, but she told me I would have to go back through the line to add them. This was a strange experience, and it makes me wonder if Dunkin Donuts has lowered their standards. I may reconsider returning in the future.
