For appetizers, we tried the Bread with Ocean Butter and the Hamachi Crudo, both of which were delicious. The Hamachi Crudo was especially outstanding.
For our main course, we had the Swordfish and the special of the night, Grouper on a Panko Crusted Grit. Both dishes were fantastic, but the grouper was particularly memorable. It's worth another visit just for that alone.

What refiloe Bothma doesn't like about Coral:
Dining at Coral is a delightful experience. They offer a vegan starter, main course, and dessert, and our server mentioned that a new menu with more options is in the works. I tried the vegan curry, which was delicious but heavy due to the use of coconut milk and potatoes. I wished it had more vegetables and a plant-based protein option. The food at Coral is fantastic. They offer vegan options for starters, mains, and desserts, with plans for an expanded menu in the works. I tried the vegan curry and found it to be delicious, although a bit heavy with the coconut milk and potatoes. I would have liked to see more vegetables and a plant-based protein option. The current starter is a beet salad and the dessert is a lime cake. I didn't try them on this visit, but I am looking forward to returning. It's worth noting that the restaurant is very busy and can be quite noisy, which may not be ideal for those sensitive to loud environments. Be sure to make reservations and consider this before bringing someone who is sensitive to noise.
Casual atmosphere. The food was excellent. Enjoyable dining experience.

It's worth noting that the restaurant is very popular and can be extremely loud, which may be a downside for those who prefer a quieter dining experience. Overall, Coral offers a fine culinary experience that may not be suitable for noise-sensitive individuals.

Thinking about it now makes my mouth water.
My weekend trip to Greenville was made even better with a stop at this restaurant for dinner. The service was excellent, the food fresh and well-prepared, and the atmosphere was overall pleasant. We tried the Halibut and Scallops, both of which were amazing, along with an oyster appetizer that was out of this world with prosciutto. We ended our meal with a delicious creme brulee. The only minor issue was the aggressive water service, as our glasses were constantly being refilled every 3 to 5 minutes. Despite this, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
