I went in to eat lunch about a week ago, I asked if they offered a military discount and the young lady who was working there told me no, instead she gave me a free meal and the manager shook my hand. Made me feel great. Needless to say, the food was amazing as well View all feedback.

I don't understand why? Main line? does not help with orders. Currently 5 people are waiting for orders and no one in agreement. Why are people forced to pick up / get delivery to wait an excessive time over their promised time? It's 11:37. The To-go ordering station is also about 3ft from the pick-up shelf. Simple ingredients makes the best food. Tacos were fantastic, but unfortunately they were out of the fajita vegetables... again. When they have the ingredients in stock, the food is fantastic and straightforward.
Wrong for the third time in a row. A lot of people have food allergies and even though this was listed as a place that was safe for that it’s obviously untrue. I have to spend more money on delivery fees re-ordering food because it is consistently incorrect. If someone orders online and they don’t specify that they want cheese or beans or something, don’t put it on there. Or maybe put it on the side. I’ve worked on both ends of the delivery apps at multiple different restaurants, it’s doable.
I placed a mobile order here recently and all went smoothly—I got my food and it was pretty good. However today when I placed a mobile order, I showed up and they said their mobile order system wasn’t working and I asked if I could show my online receipt and just go through the line but they said I had to get a refund over the phone and if I went through the line I’d have to pay again. I just don’t understand how their mobile ordering system isn’t working when that’s ALL they are currently doing. Even a few months ago this place was super fast and the food was amazing but recently it’s gone downhill.
This place is unacceptable. I order 3 tacos, when I got home and open my order I found only 1BIG item in aluminum foil. They took all 3 tacos sat them on top of each other and wrapped them. This was my first and last time going here. Food is getting expensive to be wasting money on this s
I don’t understand why the “main line” doesn’t help with to-go orders. There’s currently 5 people waiting on to-go orders and no one in line. Why are people picking up/getting delivery forced to wait an excessive amount of time past their promised time? It’s 11:37 btw. Also, the to-go order station is approximately 3ft from the pick up shelf. Why does the lady have to bag up 4-5 orders at a time before bringing them to the shelf? And when she does she throws them on there. I’ve never seen a place go so far downhill in such a short time.
