My main issue was this: I'm a dasher, and... read more Firstly, I have to say the cleanliness of the place was appalling. It was very dirty and clearly not well-maintained. My main issue was this: I'm a dasher, and I had an order to pick up at 10:45 PM, and the restaurant was supposed to close at 11. However, when I arrived, all the doors were locked, and the employees ignored me completely. I could see my order sitting on the pickup counter along with several others. They closed down early and took people's money without providing their food. I would get it if I had tried to place an order just 15 minutes before closing—that would be inconsiderate—but I was merely there to pick up an existing order. If you're going to close early, you really should disable mobile orders or at least allow only pickups without taking any new orders. This was just really unprofessional. I lost out on my pay, and that customer didn't receive the food they paid for, along with several others. It's hard to believe!
