Chick-fil-a - Greenville

Always loved this location because it’s convenient and on the way before we get on 85 and go about our day… unfortunately if you plan to come here for lunch break, you better plan on taking longer than an hour cause it takes forever to get through the line. The traffic backs up to the street, food runners are everywhere throughout the line handing bags to customers who ordered after others. Customer service has always been nice, and order has not been incorrect but goodness I hope with the line modifications there will be some more attentive service.

I love this location! It’s so close to me and they are always so nice. However, today I grabbed some lunch and didn’t notice until I got home that my fries were filled only halfway. I checked the bottom of the bag just to make sure they hadn’t just fallen out. I’ve never had something like this happen at this location. I’m not trying to be a Karen haha but it made me sad :

Food good as usual but the employees taking the orders need to kearn how to spell or ask how to spell a customer's name.

Great and wonderful food!!! I actually ordered lemonade instead of sweet tea. I actually ordered sweet tea with lemon and usually got lemonade. It was a surprise when I started drinking my tea, but it was good. I drink it. Very Lemonade

Every Chick-fil-A I go to it was great except 1 but the food was still great. You just forgot 1 sandwich when I fed a lot of people. I called them up and gave them my name and order number and they sent me vouchers for free sandwiches
