Burger King - Greenville

Messed up my order 3x after I drove back to work and back! Then the window person say “oh I can’t read the screen!

We waited 15 minutes for our food, only to receive it cold. Instead of the Coke we ordered, we got a flat Sprite. That might have been acceptable, but the woman who brought us our food was outright rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. It was drive-thru only, likely due to being short-staffed, but honestly, if this is the level of service you're going to provide, you might as well just close the place down. Additionally, I ordered two 8-piece nugget meals, but one had only 6 nuggets and the other had 7. The fries were soggy and cold, and my burger was overloaded with 7 pickles—really!?

Wow, the service was unbelievably slow! There were just three cars ahead of me, but it took 20 minutes to get my order, which was incredibly frustrating. The bags for small orders were tiny, and I noticed two customers behind me who had placed their orders left before I even reached the window. This experience was so disappointing—something needs to change!

The food is excellent, the staff is efficient, and they ensure you aren't kept waiting.

This place was a good choice to the breakfast. not now. the wurstei and cheese croissan’wich was dried and tough. Tater darts were hot and well cooked. the orange juice was hardly cool, so you had to ask for a beaker.
