The experience was quite pleasant. The waitress was very friendly and did a great job, and the food was satisfactory as well. However, I found it odd that they kept playing "Let It Snow," considering it's April. View all feedback.
What Judy R doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
These are definitely not authentic buffalo wings. The hot sauce is terrible. You shouldn't claim to serve buffalo wings if you've never actually tasted a real one. Zero stars! View all feedback.
Nice sports bar (4/5), decent food (3/5), absolutely lovely service (5/5)! Atmosphere is pleasant and entertaining (everywhere TV screens), service was quick, polite and very friendly. Food was ok, good salad, fries actually nice, but unfortunately way too much salt and pepper and normally I have to add salt. Chicken wings had a very good taste, but could have been more crunchy.
Went here for a quick bite for lunch right as they opened. Food was good, wings were a little salty but nothing the Pepsi couldn't help wash down. Our server was alone in the bar area and as it got busier it felt she was stretched thin. She was hustling for sure so I know she was trying her best. Never saw her on her phone or sitting down but it took a while for refills and attention for certain things. Overall, I'd be back with, hopefully, more servers available to help out.
Went for dinner. Staff was friendly, but had to constantly ask for things like silverware, napkins, check, drinks…Wasn’t busy, food took forever to come out. Wings were very cold and slaw was watery and distasteful. Disappointing meal, but more disappointing that I wasn’t really expecting much better from a chain.
Wait staff was really nice and helpful. Half the restaurant was closed though due to short staffing. Had to sit at uncomfortable bar seats because the booths were closed. My suggestion is take the 3 people you have running the to go section and get them to wait tables so you can open the restaurant to full capacity. Also had to wait close to an hour for a table. Food was low quality at best. Wanted a quick bite but was not offered that.
Things have changed here and the food portions were tiny. I usually get naked fingers at Double Dogs and 1 at DD 5 here. Each of our 5 naked chicken fingers were the literally the size of human fingers. The $6 Mac&cheese was a half cup total. It was so outrageous it was funny. We were also asked to move tables, mid game, because the section we were seated in closed before the rest of the place. Just not a good experience at all.
