Blockhouse Restaurant And Oyster Bar

I ordered the Rohaustern here and they were amazing! Even the **** Mary was just like Iiked. I tried some of my friends food, and everything I tasted was delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was beautiful. I enjoyed my food here and would recommend it to anyone who loves oysters or just a great restaurant with a variety of dishes.

The first visit made us regular guests. The quality of food is high, service was great every time we were in Blockhouse. 1 mile from the hospital this was a great oasis between visiting a family member.

We were looking for a bite in town. It was a great choice. The man ordered some ro homes to start. We share the Cuban and Prime Rib sandwiches. Both are so delicious. The Cuban came with tasty chips and the main rib came with pommes. The service we had with Kris was amazing. She was muded and still all her tables tilted very quickly. This shows that there is also a large kitchen staff behind her and others. If we were ever back in this way, we would return for a bite.

The first time in this restaurant was recommended by a friend. If you go to the front door from the street, the reception podium is on the opposite side of the bar. So, best to park in the back and go this way. Cosy restaurant with plenty of seating. The waitress was friendly and offered a quick service with a smile and a small conversation. I grilled one of the catches of the day (salmon) with south green and salad. The salad was delicious (what I had got a pick). The salmon was grilled for perfection, still moist on the inside, but a bit crisp from the grill on the outside! The greens were great with a little bite to them...delicious!!!

I used to eat here all the time years ago and it has been about 5 years since I've been. But I went at lunch the other day and enjoyed the club sandwich. I forgot how much I enjoy this place and can't wait to go back. Our server was extremely friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed.
