Was Bessie Gessner at Between The Trees a mag?
We had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. For dinner, we arrived for our 7:45 PM reservation and were told we would need to wait 15 to 20 minutes for our table. At Between The Trees, I found the food to be disappointing, rating it a 2 out of 5, although the service was decent at 3 out of 5. The atmosphere was quite enjoyable, earning a 4 out of 5, which made it a pleasant spot for dinner. However, with prices surpassing $100 per person, I anticipated a better overall experience, particularly regarding the menu. View all feedback.

Every dish we ordered for dinner was outstanding, and the baklava cheesecake was a wonderfully unique choice. At breakfast, I found the egg white dish I ordered to be somewhat disappointing as it lacked proper seasoning. While the presentation of the lobster omelet could be improved, it was filled generously with lobster. The potatoes, on the other hand, were delicious and perfectly seasoned.

Another wonderful experience at Between The Trees. We usually go for breakfast or dinner, but today we visited for lunch. I highly recommend the tomato sandwich if it's available on the menu – it's simply amazing! The green salad, delightfully straightforward and not overloaded with extras, is a rare gem in Greenville. Everything about our meal was perfect, and the service was outstanding as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
