Drive thru 5/16/2023, supper time. Customer service was impeable. BUT my chicken was suspect, I couldn't tell if some pieces were from the day before or when. Some of it looked as if someone had taken a bit out it. I ordered Original, but it may have been twice fried, extra crispy. The man who pack my order should have questioned some of pieces he pack in my order. I will never eat at the Cherrydale KFC ever again and if you don't believe me ask Church's, it been two years. Lesson: if it's take out, look at you order before pulling off. You can't trust people to do the right thing anymore.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. My chicken was raw. A poor crew of workers and an even more poor owner. If I continue to get sick, legal action will most definitely be taken.
I ordered an order of chicken nuggets to eat when I got to work. When I opened the box it was the biggest let down. I paid over $5 for 5 pieces the size of a quarter. I was so disappointed. Don't order the nuggets!!!
They ride a chicken that had to cook some they said it'll be ready 10:15 minutes I waited I got my chicken I drove 50 minutes to get home and my chicken was still raw still pink inside with
