What Sally Ballentine doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Woodruff Road:
Subs are usually so good. Tonight my subs were not so good the bottom half of the sub roll was wet and soggy. Disappointing. And please just give me my change instead of asking to round it up every visit. View all feedback.
The hook and ladder salad is my go to. The best meal ever!
So this is about my 3rd trip to this firehouse and tonight's visit was not good and I will not be visiting this store again. As I walked in I notice 4 employees working the lady was at the window helping someone and the 3 guys was standing behind the counter in which neither one of them spoke or greeted me nor ask if they could take my order. So I had to wait until the lady finished with the customer at the window to get my order taken. As I was waiting on my order to be fixed a man walks in and all 3 of the guys greeted him and one of them walks over to take his order so I said WOW this is something then after I left I noticed my sandwich was much smaller than what I had paid for (I paid for a med but got a small). So never again will I go back to that place but I will continue to go to the one in Easley. Thanks but no thanks to firehouse on woodruff rd.Vegetarian options: Veggie sub
They make quality good really quickly and it taste even better if you use a coupon ?
The sandwiches were yummy, but the wait to get the sandwiches was long.
Our catering order was outstanding! The food and service were both amazing! We will for sure be ordering again.
