Arby's - Greenville County

I don’t often go out for fast food, but I’ve stopped at this Arbys a few times here and there the last few years. EVERY time I’ve gone, the staff have just been excellent. They are very personable and they do their job efficiently. The one time I did have to wait a few extra minutes I didn’t even mind, because the workers were very apologetic and it was still a quick turnaround. The food is always hot and fresh as well, and I feel I get a good value for what I’m paying. Will continue to pop in here thanks to the great experiences!

I don't normally have issues but this time my order took almost 10 minutes, and that was after I paid in the drive thru, with no one in front of me and no one in line inside. No one came to tell me there were delays. Then, half of my order was wrong.

I have been many places but rarely have I seen so kind employees. I was in a rush and a hurry and yet, Miss V, was kind and helpful and made sure I could make it to work in time.

When I got home parts of the roast beef was so hard. I have never had any issues with Arby's at all this was the very 1st time.

I've always loved Arby's. And there is no doubt they have quality food. Although, lately I think the food is a bit over-priced. And we keep getting less for our money. Still great food. This Arby's, doesn't seem care too much. Just my opinion.
