Was there new years Eve first time ever visiting was welcomed by very friendly staff and other patrons, promptly served only a minute or so after sitting at the bar. Great music and atmosphere, on the approach of midnight was given party favors and a glass of champagne at no cost to cheers and ring in the 2024 new year. View all feedback.
What Patricia Johnson doesn't like about 3 Friends Grill:
The only good thing was the service. Our waiter was so attentive and sweet. We aren't from the area and he gave us suggestions and answered our questions. The food was literally disgusting. I had the French dip and it was so tough and the au jus was flavorless. I couldn't bite the bread. My husband's hamburger steak was meh but his mashed potatoes had to be a few days old. We have been coming to 3 Friends for a few years and the food seems to get better with age. My husband loves meat and usually orders their steak, which has been excellent, but ordered the prime rib last night and he was really impressed! He said he assumed Jim, one of the owners we know of, likes meat, ha ha. I order the shrimp and it's been great every time. And a note, we both have dietary limitations specifically gluten and dairy and they are always apt to accommodate when possible. We love the atmosphere with the new decor and of course the staff and music never disappoint. Don't miss this really great local place. The t-shirts make it all worth while too: Be Nice or Go Home. Love the sentiment.Dietary restrictions: Ask for help with gluten and/or dairy limitation assistance.

I had the French dip and it was so tough and the au jus was flavorless. I couldn't bite the bread. My husband's hamburger steak was meh but his mashed potatoes had to be a few days old. We got Mozzarella sticks which weren't bad but the marinera was awful. I would just suggest going to the chick fil a in the parking lot if you want food. It seems to be fine for drinks and hanging out.
The staff and food are Awesome and they have live music, Fridays and Saturdays.
Went to 3 Friends in Taylors last night and was impressed with the whole experience. It was a packed house, which had us concerned about how well the service would be. The concern was short lived. The wait and bar service was on point. Someone was always checking with us if we needed anything, our glasses were never empty for long, and everyone was very personable. I was also impressed that Jim, one of the owners, was working right along side his employees. He was checking on tables, and taking food and drink orders. The food we ate was good as well. We started with a plate of nachos, then we each had a different sandwich as our main dish. All were very tasty. It was a great experience all the way around and I am sure I will return.
We came to hear our friends sing and the food was fantastic and the staff were great. Will be back!
