I have visited Blaze several times and experienced very fast service without much interaction with the staff. However, during my most recent visit, the manager was ringing up my order and then walked away, forgetting to give me cups. I had to ask another staff member to hand them to me. Additionally, when my name was called to pick up my order, they forgot to include the s'more that I had purchased. When I inquired about it, the manager threw it across the counter at me in a rude manner. I was surprised by his behavior as I had not been rude, so I remained still. He then curtly stated, "That's yours."
Had great food. Loaded the pizza and it was delicious. Will come back again.
Two words: Celiac friendly! Gluten free crust is properly made and not just something they pull out of the freezer like other restaurants. The fella cooking the pizza made sure to show me that he changed gloves, got a whole new pizza cutter, etc. to reassure that there's no cross contamination. Low and behold I'm perfectly fine, so I know for sure that's true.
