Starbucks Coffee - Greenvale

I visit this Starbucks twice a day since I work nearby, and the staff here is truly amazing. They are always cheerful, and every single employee greets me as I walk in. If they're not busy, my coffee is often ready and waiting for me at the counter! You all consistently kick off my day on a positive note. Thank you!

I would never return to this Starbucks. There is an employee there who treated me disrespectfully, making me feel invisible after I waited for over a minute and a half. I had to seek out another employee just to be acknowledged. Shortly after this, a Caucasian customer walked in and received her coffee without any delay. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially considering the current climate in the world. I initially gave them one star, but really, it deserves no stars for the discrimination I experienced. I will not hesitate to share my experience on Twitter. This has to change!

My family and I went here yesterday and the barista was so unprofessional because he was talking to his co workers and not paying to the orders and was laughing with them our drinks were so awful the hot chocolates were tasteless and my dads coffee was cold never going back at that location because the help were a bunch of obnoxious people, going to Dunkin? Donuts.what a waste of 11.00

Service took forever it has been like 20 mins and no drink finally got our drink and put way to much ice I payed 10 dollars for 2 drinks and not good ratio?s

It doesn't matter if it's winter, summer, spring, or fall—this store is always freezing. Instead of enjoying a warm cup of coffee, you end up feeling uncomfortable. I've spoken to the store manager, Mike, but my concerns seem to go unheard. It's unfortunate because this is the only Starbucks conveniently located for me. Other customers have also expressed their frustration about the chilly temperatures in this store. Overall, it's an unpleasant experience that really shouldn't be this way.
