Kfc - Greenvale

The food was delicious, and the staff were fantastic! Thank you so much for your kindness in allowing us to purchase cookies in bulk for our church's "Kentucky Fried Christmas Open House" this weekend!

The employees at this location seem to be overwhelmed and unengaged. We ordered four meals and a couple of sides, but when we reached the window, only half of our order was ready. We had to repeat our order multiple times, and they ended up splitting it into two separate transactions. This caused our order to take a long time to be fulfilled, and when it finally arrived, our drinks were served with ice despite requesting them without. Additionally, the mashed potatoes were served with gravy even though we specifically ordered them without. I'm writing this because this isn't the first time I've had poor experiences at this location. Honestly, I’ve received the worst service here, and it seems like nothing changes.

I am extremely disappointed with how they prepare the meal buckets to go. This is the second time I received an 8-piece meal that included only 3 wings, 3 chicken legs, and 2 very small pieces of white meat. It looked like leftovers rather than a proper meal. I didn't realize it until I got home. I will not be purchasing from this location again.

The food was incredibly disappointing. Everything was overcooked and burnt, and the fries were soggy and unappetizing. They also forgot to deliver my coleslaw, and instead of Pepsi, I received Diet Dr. Pepper. I'm really frustrated!!!!

The chicken tenders were not tender at all. They were tough and stringy, and almost half of them were nearly inedible.
