I ordered 12 nuggets but only got 7. The fries were cold and soggy. When I asked for a plastic bag, I was met with a dismissive attitude, though another employee stepped in to help and provided one. After a long day of chemotherapy, I was hoping for a comforting meal, but I won’t be ordering from the Greenvale KFC again.
