FIRST OFF, THE PLACE IS OVERCROWDED VERY LOUD !!!SO THE FIRST THING WE NOTICED AS WE WALKED IN AND SAT DOWN IS THE STAFF IS ALL OVER. THEN WE NOTICED THAT THEY’RE KINDA IN A RUSHING MODE, WHICH IS A VERY UNEASY FEELING WHEN YOU’RE EATING ARE TRYING TO ENJOY YOUR FOOD COMPANY, WE FELT RUSHED WHILE BEING THERE.SO I WANTED TO ORDER HUNAN BEEF AND THE GUY WAS ALL CONFUSED AND SAID WE DON’T HAVE THAT HERE, HUH ?!HOW CAN YOU NOT ? THEY HAVE HUNAN CHICKEN BUT NOT BEEF, WEIRD AND FUNNY FOR A PLACE THAT’S CALLED HUNAN TASTE, I ENDED UP GETTING ANOTHER DISH…FOOD WAS PRETTY GOOD AND THE PORTIONS WEREN’T SMALL BUT THE COST FOR TWO WITHOUT APPETIZERS WAS OVER $80, WHICH IS WAY OVERPRICED FOR THE FOOD WE GOT.NOT COMING BACK FOR SURE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!

We have lived in the neighborhood for many years and honestly don’t know why I keep ordering from this establishment. The food is subpar and ALWAYS incorrect upon delivery, including the fact the it is severely overpriced. We received our order this evening, once again it was incorrect to which we called the restaurant who told us that we should accept the way they make their recipes, regardless of being completely wrong. Our food was also COLD and one dish was completely undercooked and needed to be thrown away. The Nassau County Health Department should be involved and investigate with a new health rating. Do NOT order from this place GO TO PEARL EAST in Manhasset it’s amazing! This was my last time EVER.
