While traveling through, I stopped at a motel I had patronized before and decided to order a pizza. Eddie was fantastic and his unwitting admission of how much he considers the customer when making a pizza only made me enjoy the pizza more! I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on the night of November 28, 2022, around 11:14 PM. The man working there was quite rude and expressed frustration about being the only staff member available, mentioning he had other things to deal with. Donuts were old and hard in the fresh case.
The staff displayed very poor attitudes. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced!
The staff at this restaurant are fantastic, but they frequently seem to be understaffed at the checkout area. The payment system also malfunctions often. However, the coffee is quite good.
Great time hearing an employee talk about her night of vomiting and how she was still shaky and not feeling well while telling the story with no mask.
Girl at the pizza counter was extremely rude and proceeded to talk bad about me after I waited 5 minutes for her to even recognize I was there. Rude on the phone while ordering as well. Just a “pleasant experience.” 12:30 pm on Saturday February 20th 2022.
