I called to place an order. Before I could tell them what I wanted they went over a list of things they were out of. I told them to just forget it. I called back and ask to place an order. They told me they didn’t have time to take my order I would have to call back in about 30 minutes. I don’t have 30 minutes. I’m on a lunchtime frame work. Not ran really well. Very unprofessional. On Friday April 5th, 2024 at 2:10 pm, my wife went to the Greensburg Ky.Subway location. The server was not friendly at all. When my wife walked up to the counter, instead smiling and asking how she could help her, she scowled and stared at her. She never asked what she wanted. My wife told her what she wanted and the server starting making the sandwiches. She picked up too many slices of cheese and instead on laying them back in the container, she threw them. She dropped the knife she was using and sighed and kicked the knife across the floor. She never said thank you or anything nice. I realize everyone has bad days, I worked customer service for 20 years and always treated customers well, even when I had a bad day. The food was very good, but the worker's attitude was bad.

OMG I've never seen anyone make a sub so fast and so delicious!!!!
To call is useless online ordering useless if haven't gotten time to stand around for a long while waste of time.
