The sauce was so good. The bread was so soft, I forgot how much I missed pizza hut. Plus my driver was cool, very polite and on time. When we got our pizza we expected warm but we got it the right temperature. I will remember not to call so close to quitting time on the holiday and i felt bad but he was so cool about it. What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Ordered lastnight a stuffed crust pizza and cheesy breadsticks at 9pm. Called and spoke with some lady at 9:45 on the status of my order. She told me the driver was one minute away from the store and that it would be right out. It wasn?t until 11pm when we gave up. Pizza was never delivered. WORST PIZZA HUT EVER! I made the mistake of ordering from this Pizza Hut because I was in Greensburg. NEVER AGAIN! LESSON LEARNED!I had an issue with my debit card, my total was $28 and they charged my card almost $40. I went in to speak to the manager and he brushed it off, telling me to call MY BANK?!?! (He had a smirk the entire time, he was extremely rude, definitely not someone who should have a management position) MY BANK ISN'T THE ONE WHO OVER CHARGED MY CARD, PIZZA HUT DID! The ONLY person who actually showed concern about my issue was the customer service representative so I filed a dispute. The food wasn't even worth all the irritation I just went thru. I wouldn't reccomend anyone going here but if you go to this pizza hut, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT IF YOU USE A CREDIT/DEBIT card.
My last order was around $40 between tip, wings and a dinner box. My wings were barely even sauced. I don't mean I'm upset because they weren't swimming in sauce, but almost half of each wing was dry, absolutely dry. They did not taste good either. They were fatty and unflavorful. The Marinara container was half full and watery. The pizza was cold. I've even submitted two photos for future reference on how dry the wings were, as the answering employee did not believe me. I'll give two stars only on the fact they offered to replace the wings.
I ordered the family Tuscani Chicken w/breadsticks. only got one chicken. this is the 2nd time I am not ordering from them again. I refuse too call them to get my 2nd chicken whenever they should have the correct order right there in front of them.
Great pizza made to order and consistency every time.
Very polite quick with my order. they bring the sweetbread and breadsticks uncut so they stay warm, which i like dont mind because its worth it. happy new year
