Pretty decent home made ice cream. I got cotton candy and it was OK. Smelled better than it tasted and they went hard on the blue food coloring. It's been 3 hours and my tongue is still blue. View all feedback.
Love to stop here when we are in the area. Their ice cream is delicious. The apple dumpling was really good too. The crust is amazing.
I would definitely visit this shop again! The customer service and ice cream were both outstanding! My friend and I went to Peaches and Cream for the first time on August 10, 2011. They offer samples of their ice cream so you can taste a little bit before deciding. A middle-aged man at the counter informed us about the samples. After trying the pumpkin ice cream, I asked if it contained pumpkin puree, and he confirmed it. This made me think about whether he would reveal any ingredients I might be allergic to. I ordered a small pumpkin hot fudge sundae, while my friend chose a small peanut butter sundae. The portion sizes were definitely worth the price—my pumpkin ice cream was fantastic, and the peanut butter sauce on my friend's sundae was perfectly rich and creamy. One thing to note is that if you want a cup of water, there’s a 15-cent charge. “You pay for the cup, and we pay for the water”—what a deal!
The owner had a humorous and quirky personality while taking our orders. The soft serve ice cream was incredibly creamy and delicious. This was my first time visiting, and I can't wait to return to try the homemade hard ice cream soon!
Dave has been at this location for over 40 years, and I've been a customer for just as long! Why? Because Dave serves the best food around!
I've driven past this place for years without ever stopping in, but during a Sunday drive after visiting Wendy's, my husband wanted some ice cream, so we decided to give it a try. We typically order a medium vanilla cone, and they offer a wide variety of options, both hard and soft serve. The soft serve we had was fantastic—silky and creamy, with a smooth texture that was simply delightful. While I couldn't quite taste the vanilla, it was still incredible. I'm definitely planning to return more often. The cone was generously topped with ice cream, and on a hot day, it held up well without melting as quickly as some ice cream from Dairy Queen. I’d give it a solid 10 stars!
