For me one of the best pizza places (with Dine-in) in the area. I can't say too much as the whole menu... as I always get the same thing: 2 pizza slices with paprika and garlic knots. And that's very good. Especially the garlic knots. You sit down, fill your own drinks etc... so not really a 'server', but someone came to check if everything was good. View all feedback.

I usually don't post bad reviews, but the quality of this place has really declined in the last few months. For a simple Friday evening we ordered some packs and sub-parts. The packs were completely burned and instead of being restored, they delivered them so! Shows how little it is important to them. Steak and cheese had about 50% meat on it. I don't normally post bad reviews but the quality of this place has really declined over the past couple of months. For an easy Friday night we ordered some wraps and subs. The wraps were completely burned, and instead of remaking them, they delivered themthat way! Shows how little they care. The steak and cheese had about 50% meat on it. Don't know what has happened but somethingneeds to change. We grew up with an Italian village in our town, and we were excited when the same owners took over the one inGreensburg. This is just beyond disappointing. We won't be ordering from there again.
I don't think a lot of people realize that Italian Village Pizza is not all the same everywhere you go. While the ones in the Pittsburgh area are pretty good, I've got to say this is definitely the best. Their menu is extensive, from pizza to pastas towings even some desserts that they prepare on site. I go there a lot. I see some negative reviews about the some staff membersusually younger ones. I think we're all pretty well aware of how hard it is to find good help, especially in the restaurantbusiness in the world the way it is now. I've seen a lot of employees of theirs come and go, They can't police them everysecond, But the ones that stick around for the long haul are great. It's definitely my favorite restaurant in Greensburg andmaybe all of Westmoreland county!

I am had their pizza before from different locations. Ordered from the Greensburg location, requested the pizza to be done extra well. When I went in to pick it up it looks like the place is closed. Pretty empty and very, very dark. The young lady who waited on me was very polite, when I got the pizza home. Not only was it not done extra well it was borderline undercooked
My wife and I used to visit the Greensburg location very often, simply due to there not being a wait time to be seated. The food here is delicious, but not always delivered to the table in a timely fashion. We would always say that good food was worth the wait. However, since my experience on 7/21/22 715pm, we will no longer consider this place as one of our ?go-to?s?. We walked in out of the pouring rain and heard the manager on duty (Curtis) yell ?8 o?clock, 8 o?clock!? Not really sure what the comment was for, nor who it was directed toward. The waitress then proceeded to take our drink and food order. Our order was two fountain drinks and a Sicilian pizza. When the waitress advised Curtis that we ordered a Sicilian pizza, he responded with ?ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? I then advised the wait staff that if it was that much of an inconvenience forty minutes before closing time that we would eat elsewhere. The waitress said that ?he will just have to get over it!? It is unfortunate that the young people that are employed there have to see and work for this type of behavior of a leader. We will never go back to this place, even if they gave us free food for life. Curtis is toxic to the patrons and the workers. While I always want to see local businesses succeed, it is unfortunate that this one is likely going to have a success at failing due to the leadership.
