Cold Stone Creamery - Greensburg

Very clean inside. Friendly helpful employees. Really nice selection. Great tasting ice cream. Not thrilled with the taste of the waffle cone (my personal preference). Decent value.

Came here today from Monroeville and was helped by the absolute sweetest girl who, in my opinion, is single-handedly keeping this place open. if I remember correctly, her name was Hannah. signs on the door inside state they are super short staffed there was a line out the door but she was killing it! I didn’t appreciate the middle aged lady (who I’m assuming was some sort of manager) that stood around “organizing” waffle cone bowls while 15 people waited in line. help your staff and you might not be so short staffed!

My husband and I arrived about 20 minutes before closing and there was at least 7 people ahead of us in line. OWEN waited on us and he did a great job, very patient despite our “involved” order with many add ins. Friendly even though I’m sure the entire staff wanted to get home!

Always a great place to get ice cream! Pretty fast service and polite staff. They always get my order just right. I love coming here and I visit often.

The ???? ice cream isn?t the problem it?s the loudness it?s so loud in this place the music ???? is way to loud you can?t hear the employees they say excuse me can u say that again if you turn down the music you can hear! For people that are hard ofhearing and with maybe health concerns this is not cool it is over stimulating for sure! Also the prices even before this latestcost increase over the years has been crazy they used to send out coupons in newspapers don?t do that anymore. How do u expectfamily?s to come in to get ice cream when one is more than 5 dollars with add ins ??
