Chili's Grill - Greensburg

I went to this restaurant for dinner and it was completely empty. Who stays in on a Friday night? Well, it's no wonder because it was freezing inside! We were so cold that we ended up leaving before we were done eating and had to take the leftovers home. The food was decent. Make sure to bring a jacket even if it's sweltering outside!

This is an updated review. We visited today after shopping for lunch. The steak and fajitas with shrimp and beef were amazing. We also enjoyed the delicious margaritas. The service was exceptional, as always. I included some updated photos.

I live less than 2 miles from this Chilli's. I picked the food up about 2 minutes after it was marked ready, and when I got home (about 5 min) The food was stone cold. It was clearly ready prior to notification and not placed under a heat lamp. Iunderstand heat loss for takeout, but my daughter's fries were actually cold to the touch, and every meal had to be thoroughlyreheated. It is evident that Chili's cares little about the takeout customers. Had the food been in that condition dine-in, wewould have walked out. Extremely disappointed.

The service at this restaurant was awful, but it wasn't the waitress's fault. She was one of only two employees working. The young manager seemed disinterested in addressing our complaints. Our table was sticky, the bill was incorrect, we were overcharged for ranch dressing, and there was no resolution to our poor experience. The food was overcooked, and even the ice water I ordered tasted like it came from an aquarium. We left without speaking to the manager, feeling like our $60 was completely wasted. It was a terrible experience overall.

Ordered a well done bacon burger and got a medium well bacon burger. Also, the little slice of tomato was disgusting and if I was cooking this for myself or another i would have tossed it in the trash. (See picture). My ordered water and it wasdisgusting tasting and the unsweetened iced tea was not that great tasting either. The shredded lettuce on my burger should nothave been placed on my burger and should have been in the trash as well. Server was good but the food was not great at all!!
