I am extremely disappointed by the recent decline of my favorite restaurant. I used to dine here multiple times a week, but now the quality of the food has decreased, the service is lacking, and they are closing tomorrow for an extended period of time. Is this closure temporary or permanent? The staff seems disinterested and the menu items are scarce. I plan on speaking with the manager, as I believe they should be aware of the decline in their establishment. Perhaps they should consider retraining their team and reevaluating their operations before reopening. The restaurant used to be busy, but now it seems as though it is losing its appeal compared to other options in the area. It is a shame to see such a beloved restaurant fall from grace.
The service at this restaurant was excellent. All the staff were very attractive and our food was served promptly.
I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A. The food is consistently great and always made with care. Even with 100 cars in the drive-thru, they are still fast. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They ask about your family, work, and even notice when you haven't been in for a couple of days. The food is seriously delicious, I can't get enough of it.
Always a great experience here. It is a very clean restaurant, and it never seems how busy they are - the staff always has smiles in their faces and the service is always quite fast!
Always quick service and lots of folks walking around to refill drinks, etc. Enjoyed my free birthday cookie ?
