Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Looked at what they served me. And I was told by the manager I couldn't receive a refund while one of the employees laughed at the situation in the back. You may have to zoom into see the curly piece of hair that was inside of my hotwing when I bit in to it and nearly swallowed. This was absolutely disgusting.

I couldn?t stand the attitude that presented to me on may 3, 2021 at 3:30 pm to be exact. I order 2 meals my first meal was right with no problem, however when I got to the window I asked if I could get all flats(my mistake for not saying at the drive thru, but still it shouldn?t be a problem if I?ll wait. I was told it?ll be two mins which I was fine with then I assumed the manager whom I was speaking to caught an attitude about my request saying ?You?re holding up the line? so I just asked for my food only to get and my order was wrong. I then stop caring about the line and demanded I get my food how it need to be and didn?t care about the attitude of workers who choose to work there.

Never go here on lunch they are unprepared for the flow of traffic they have. I sat in line 40 minutes and finally said forget it. No lunch for me. However they were having fun amongst each other playing with other instead of fixing orders.

Now LOVE Zaxby's. I'm going the extra mile to get it. But those on Gate City Blvd, Greensboro NC, I was NOT happy. My food was hard as if it were precooked and warned again... I have to go to my regular locations.

TERRIBLE. Took a whole HOUR to get my food.. my lunch break is only a hour. Then my chicken wasnt even hot. I?ll never come back again.
