A very nice Sunday afternoon lunch! Great service. Delicious food.

As always great food, service was good and just a n overall great experience.
Village Tavern is my #1 go to restaurant in Greensboro. I can go here for a casual bite or a celebration and always receive consistent and excellent food!
Food was not good. My green beans were wrinkled and tasted like frozen green beans just somewhat heated up. The salmon had no flavor. It tasted if nothing. My ‘garlic’ mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. Nothing had salt on it. The food was flavorless. And the noise level was outrageous! My husband and I had to get right at each other and practically yell to hear. The waitress was the best part and she wasn’t that great. The sweet tea was just ok. And to top it off my husband and I were both sick after dinner...we had different foods, but I did have him try mine to see if it was indeed flavorless and he agreed. He did say he liked his tavern burger... but he could have had better at other places, for less. Overall I would never recommend this place and I will tell others not to waste their time and money here. The only thing I can assume is that everyone there was to drunk to notice how horrible everything was.
