What User doesn't like about Subway:
The employees at this restaurant provide terrible customer service. It appears that none of them know how to properly make a wrap or deal with customers. Additionally, the manager is always absent. View all feedback.
I usually don't like to complain, but today I feel like I have to. I ordered a meatball sub and found a bone in it that broke my tooth. When I called to address the issue, an older African American woman, who I believe was 64 years old, was very rude to me. She argued with me and insisted that she had only sold one other meatball sub that day, to a man who was with me but not my partner. I tried to explain the situation, but she refused to listen and continued to be confrontational. I suggested she calm down, but she threatened to call the police and demanded that I come to the restaurant to see her in person. She even insinuated that maybe I already had a broken tooth, which I found to be quite humorous. All I wanted was to speak to a manager and seek compensation for my broken tooth, but now I am considering legal action because of the poor treatment I received.
The new building is stunning but the food still has that familiar, generic Subway taste. The staff could work on being more friendly and welcoming.

They tried hard to get out of there. lied said the toaster was broken. She's just lazy.
An adult employee provided EXCELLENT customer service while the teenage employee entertained her friends around 7:35 PM. When two additional customers entered the restaurant, the teenager employee chose to stand outside the store only to walk further down the walkway when the adult employee requested her assistance. The teenager's friend returned with a smirk to announce the teenager's ride pulled up, but I saw the teenager hanging outside still when walking to my car. Both the owners and manager should be ashamed for hiring an employee with poor work ethics.
