Subway - Greensboro

My order wasn't prepared correctly, but it was still tasty. This location usually delivers excellent service, so I assume they just had an off day. I placed my order via the app and went to pick it up at the drive-thru. My order was ready, but I was left waiting while they attended to other customers, and I felt overlooked. This was the worst experience I've had here, but I know they've consistently performed well in the past, so I'm not holding it against them. I'll definitely come back, but if my next visit isn't satisfactory, I might reconsider my rating.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The employee at the counter was quite rude and seemed to mumble under his breath. When a customer in front of me asked to be served, he was denied service. This led to a confrontation, during which it became apparent that the employee was being unnecessarily defensive. The two women behind the counter quickly jumped to his defense, which only added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. The customer simply wanted a sandwich, and it felt like the situation escalated unreasonably. I was left with a negative impression and do not plan to return. Best of luck to them in their future endeavors.

I absolutely adore this place! It brings me so much happiness while I indulge in their delicious food.

This is my favorite sub shop. Even with all the recent hype, my go-to is still the tuna. I order it every time I visit, which is usually once a week. The staff has always been fantastic, regardless of which location I go to.

Tha girls here are awesome at making the perfect sandwich.
