What User doesn't like about Starbucks Coffee:
I'm not sure if it was just my bad luck, but the red-haired barista at the counter wasn't very pleasant. When I arrived, there was a long line because she was taking her time. To make matters worse, the place was freezing because she propped the door open with a table. When we asked if we could close it, she rudely told us no. It seemed unfair that all the customers had to suffer in the cold while she was comfortable... View all feedback.
Good coffee, too expensive. spicy are taken away so they have to ask for cream in or on the side. only annoying and open unnecessary
The new staff cannot take orders correctly, combined with incorrect drink configurations from Baristas, equals a terrible experience. After two incorrect drinks in a row, I gave up and moved on. Do they even train them anymore? ?Dietary restrictions: They incorrectly made the drink, and failed to adhere to stated dietary restrictions. Dangerous to say the least.
The redhead at the register literally did NOT listen to ANYTHING I said and ruined the whole order
I order every morning through the mobile app ahead of time and basically almost every time without fail my iced coffee is always ready and correct every time. Very rarely they forget the cold foam and you can just let the barista know and they'll gladly fix it for you. The baristas here are always so friendly and nice. I love going here each morning
Significantly underfilled my grande cappucino. The cup was less than half-way filled underneath the foam.
