I did an online order last minute, but the frieze were down and they couldn't finish it. the manager robert went over and beyond, was apologetic and went so far to reimburse me in the load, so I did not have to call the customer service. let me begin with the only thing that was positiw, the chicken sandwiches were good. but everything was not. 1) immediately after we arranged the staff behind the counter, the hollering and the quessing were on top of each other. 2) the staff opened the emergency exit to the holler and gave to other employees who were outside. 3) there was what seemed to be a person on drug doing something suspicious in the bathroom.... I love Popeye's Chicken! I'm from up north where there is one almost everywhere like a McDonald's. The reason I rated this a 2 star is this reason that I am about to advise. CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW!! I'LL normally pull up and check my bag as I'm driving but this location ALWAYS forget to put items in my bag. Not condiments, I'm talking Sides and Biscuits! The food is good but the service from this location could be much better...
Long wait at the drive thru. Looks like the individual there could handle only one car at a time. I spoke on a clear concise voice. It was a simple order consistent of two sandwiches and 1 soda. I couldn't even get a total until I pulled up to the window. Once I pulled up to the window I had to wait for the employee to finish texting on his cell phone so we could complete the transaction. It was a such a simple order and he still screwed it up. How about staying off your phones paying attention and making sure you do your job correctly?
I ordered the blackened chicken tenders platter with red beans rice, Mac cheese, with sweet tea to drink. Those blackened tenders are tender and juicy with no breading. And they might not be for the weak. They are delicious! The Mac cheese is the best from a fast food restaurant hands down. My second time for this same order and it won't be the last.
05Jun2022 Kinda attitudy friendliness goes a long way seems like everyone got up on the wrong side of the bed! My bun was hard, most likely re used from the night before. The food was good overall, mac and cheese was really cheesy. They could take some time to clean the air vents and honestly I probably wouldn't even have noticed the vents if they were nicer.
This is my absolute favorite chicken place! It's just so juicy crispy crispy! The cookies are delicious and I can just eat them as they are. I love her chicken sandwich, it's a great size, and the bungalow is beautiful and roasted with crispy pimps! They have large spiced pumices, unlike elsewhere. I tried the Macn cheese for the first time today. I like it, but it's the cheese sauce I'm not a fan of. The top of the Mac was really good and cheesy. I'm staying with what I love
