Pizza Hut - Greensboro

The manager at the Elton Way store should be fired or demoted. They are rude and inflexible, and the customer service is poor. The service is slow, inaccurate, and inconsistent, and the staff doesn't seem to smile or engage positively. They talk a lot but offer no solutions when there are issues, like not receiving your pizza, which happens frequently.

I’ve had my order messed up multiple times at this Pizza Hut, and they don’t answer the phone when I try to reach out. I won’t be returning as a customer.

I just ordered my pizza and, unfortunately, I forgot to catch the name of the girl who helped me, but she was incredibly sweet and focused on customer service. She made an excellent recommendation for the wings and provided overall fantastic service. I could tell she was a bit tired, and I feel bad for calling so late. Thank you, dear!

I visited the restaurant today, August 3, 2022, around 4 PM. I ordered a half double cheese and half double bark medium pizza that cost me $17.99. It seems like I received a product that was worth only $7.99, which I got last week. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. The manager assured me that everything was correct, but I’m just not satisfied. That's it for me.

In the evening of 7/4/22 placed about 731pm a order for two pizzas with a confirmation text that indicates a 20-30mi delivery at 1h, I call the load no answer to two hours, I called the load by a call center when I told the business closed for a maintenance question, I would not receive my order and I had to wait until the tomorrow a refund was unambiguously created by loading it all
