Panera Bread - Greensboro

Originally, I had ordered a caramel latte, but unfortunately the hot coffee machine was out of order. Instead, I received an ice-cold caramel drink. It turned out to be delicious and a pleasant surprise. The young lady who served us was excellent!

Panera is a great place for lunch and dinner with friends and family. has many healthy options for adults and children. my sisters and I had a great time with our children, although the staff seemed a little fed with customers. it was quite late in the evening, but there are no waiting staff in panera, so we don't have much influence.

The manager Ashley probably had a bad day. their customer service was the worst thing I've ever experienced on this site. she leaned all over the counter and played a real game on her phone while she took my order. I had a few wondering if I could add articles to my sandwich, and she was rude it was pretty obvious that she didn't want to be on the work this day.

I am extremely frustrated with this restaurant. They close earlier than their posted hours and often run out of dinner items. I used to love this restaurant, but I no longer go because my recent experiences have been terrible. I have even left comments on their Facebook page (no comments can be found on their website), but the service continues to be poor. However, the food is still rated 4 out of 5.

This is terrible. The portion is so small and the meal is so not put together that it makes me wonder if it was the leftover from someone else’s meal. It is dry and tasteless like they total left of the teriyaki sauce. This looks like a TOTAL TRASH.This is my last time eating from this Panera this is absolutely TERRIBLE.PANERAs are individually owned but I suggest you call the corporate officeI understand it’s the holiday season and maybe the owner needs more profits, so he is drastically cutting the quality but he won’t be getting anymore of my money!
